Why isn't the block screen appearing?

Make sure Screen Time permission was granted during onboarding. Go to Settings → Screen Time → and verify Ripple has access.

Why didn't I get a notification when I hit my limit?

Notifications need to be enabled for Ripple. Go to Settings → Notifications → Ripple and make sure they're turned on.

What's included in the free tier?

Unlimited app and category blocking is free forever. Ripple Pro adds mindful interventions — the feeling check, activity suggestions, and pattern tracking.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ripple Pro → Cancel.
